Atty. Jeanne Baivier’s practice areas include probate and trust administration, estate planning, elder and special needs law, guardianship, and reproductive/surrogacy law.
Jeanne has been practicing for over 50 years.
She grew up in Milwaukee, WI and earned her bachelor of arts and law degrees from Marquette University. She moved to Oshkosh in 1975 and has been practicing there ever since.
Jeanne belongs to the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Winnebago County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its Wisconsin Chapter.
Jeanne lives in Oshkosh and enjoys gardening, crossword puzzles, and traveling with her daughter. She has a dog, Gus, and would like all her clients to know that their dogs are always welcome in the office!

Atty. Ann Elmer’s practice areas include probate and trust administration, estate planning, and elder and special needs law.
Annie was born and raised in Oshkosh, WI. She received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology & Immunology and Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She worked in Chicago as a research technician for several years until the charming allure of Wisconsin pulled her back home. She returned to Wisconsin to attend Marquette University Law School and graduated in 2015.
Annie belongs to the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Winnebago County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its Wisconsin Chapter.
Annie lives in Oshkosh and shares her life with her partner Michael and his three children. She loves to travel, bake, and is entirely obsessed with her dog, Sadie, and Michael’s dog, Coco.
